Tosh Lupoi continues to raid Cal's cupboard.

Ever since Lupoi left Cal to join Steve Sarkisian's staff at Washington, the Huskies new recruiting coordinator has been paying dividends.

Late Monday night former Cal commit Shaq Thompson announced that he was flipping his commitment to Washington, and now wide receiver Jordan Payton has done it too, making the announcement on Tuesday afternoon.

Taylor is a three-star receiver out of California's Oaks Christian. He's a big target with speed, and measure in at 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds.

Taylor becomes the 23rd player to commit to Washington in its 2012 class, and is the fourth receiver in the group, joining Dwayne Washington, Kendyl Taylor and Michael Rector.
