I won't disagree that USC would prolly put it on us pretty hard, but I've never thought or said Mizzou was a bigtime program. You have to have a long storied history of winning and winning big games to be considered one. USC has done that, but atleast show a little respect. We aren't a doormat program anymore and are going in the right direction. That's all I'm saying. Coach Pinkel is building Missouri into a relevant program that has alot of things going for it. Why so touchy? Pretty comical.

6Mizzou may not have a national championship so they joined the conference that gives them the best chance, the SEC.  USC last won a National Championship in 2003.  What conference has won the past 6?  No SC Dynasty here.

I m back!  NO response from Mizzou fans yet ref the facts of Mizzou football having NO NAT TITLES etc?
HMMMM...

You guys work on it and I ll check back in a couple days. USC is the #7 ranked team on RIVALS recruiting site.  They are short 10 scholarships and they are still top ten!!!  Good thing they dont get all 25!

Mizzou all the way UP to #32!  Wow!

Hopefully the ZOO can put together enough average or above players to beat UK and Vandy.

FIGHT ON!!

I wonder how much money the recruits going to USC are making this year?  Barkley probably stayed in school because he would be taking a pay cut to go to the NFL.

Being a Hillcrest alum (Igot to see DGB play this year) and now living Arkansas, I am embarassed by all the haters out there in the SEC and several other conferences.  Why can't people be happy for DGB and wish him well.  He has his reasons for wanting to stay close to home and last time I checked he was free to make his own decision.  By the way, Mizzou also has an outstanding QB from the 2012 class so you might end up eating your hateful words.

I will route for DGB no matter where he plays because he is a great kid and an amazingly talented football (and basketball) player.

Not to mention that 1 of USC's Heismans has been returned and the other Heisman winner is in prison. The high moral standards of USC are by far better than Mizzou.
